Police charge 15 in checkpoint

The Plainville Police Department conducted a sobriety checkpoint on June 28, from 8 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., as part of the State of Connecticut Expanded DUI Enforcement Program. The following is a listing of enforcement action taken by the Plainville Police.

Patrick Brennan, 37, Bristol, charged with driving while intoxicated; Neal C. Hebb, 39, West Hartford, charged with driving while intoxicated; Lauren Huggard, 22, Bristol, charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia; Jeffrey Cullins, 22, Bristol, charged with drinking while driving; Victoria Martin, 24, Wolcott, charged with no insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle; Timothy Beaupre, 18, Kensington, charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; Jessica Olant, 30, Bristol, charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; Laedina Colucci, 36, Waterbury, charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; Richard O'Neil, 36, Southington, charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; Kelly A. Dominquez, 21, Bristol, charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; David Roberts, 34, Vernon, charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; Richard Boland, no age given, New Britain, charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; Charles Aponte, 32, New Britain, charged with failure to wear seatbelt; Edward Surman, 56, Plainville, charged with failure to wear seatbelt; Michelle Seymour, no age given, Plainville, charged with failure to wear seatbelt.
